How do I view the Balance Sheet for a specific period?

  1. From the main menu, click “Reports”, then “Accounting Reports”, then “Balance Sheet”.
  2. In the filter bar, select a start date in the “From” field and an end date in the “To” field.
  3. Click “Search” to apply the filter.

The system recalculates account balances to reflect only the selected period, and the chosen date range appears as a label on the report in the format “From [date] To [date]” so the period is clearly identified when printing or exporting.

If you set only a start date with no end date, the report shows data from that date up to today. If you set only an end date with no start date, the report shows data from the beginning of records up to that date. If no date is selected, the report defaults to showing data up to today.
