Viewing the Payments by Staff Report

  1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
  2. Click on “Sales Reports“.
  3. From the “Sales Reports” page, select the “Payments by Staff” report.
    1. Select “Details” to display data for each payment transaction separately.
    2. Select “Summary” to view the total payment movements for the specified period.
  4. After viewing the report, you can apply several additional filters, including:
    • Invoiced By: Select a specific user or all users to display the report for invoices added through them.
    • Collected By: Select the user to display only their collections, or “All” to display all collections.
    • Currency: Choose the currency in which to display the report.
    • Payment Method: Select a payment method to display only its associated payments, or “All” to display payments for all methods.
    • Client: Select the client whose sales report you wish to view.
      • If no specific client is selected, the system will display the report for all clients.
    • Date Range: You can define the start and end of the period for which to view the report through this field.
    • Branch: Select one or more branches to view the sales report for their invoices.
  5. Upon modifying the filters, click “Show Report“.
  6. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to CSV, EXCEL, or PDF using the export options.

Note: You can change the report display mode from viewing by staff to viewing by client, or invoice creator, or by the time period through the “Invoiced By – Staff
field located below the filter selectors.
