- Click on the “Reports” menu.
- Click on “Accounting Reports.”
- From the “Accounting Reports” page, go to the last section of the page and select the income report by “Staff,” “Vendor,” “Category,” “Client,” or “Time Period.”
- Choose whether you want the report in “Summary” or “Details” view.
- The income report appears on a new page. You can apply several additional filters to the report. Among the available filters:
- Journal Account: Select one or more accounts from the Chart of Accounts to filter the report and display only receipt vouchers linked to those accounts. The field supports search by account name or code, and lists sub-accounts only — parent accounts are excluded. If no account is selected, the report displays all records.
- After modifying the filters, click “View Report.”
- You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a CSV, Excel, or PDF file from the export options.
