Daily PNR Report
The Daily PNR Report displays detailed ticket and booking transaction information on a daily basis, with a full breakdown for each ticket covering the supplier, client, sales, payment operations, returns, and commissions. This report is used to review the daily activity of travel agencies and track sales, payment, and return totals for each ticket individually over a specified time period.
Steps to View the Report
- From the main menu, click on “Reports“.
- Select “PNR Reports” from the reports menu.
- Select “PNR Report” from the PNR reports.
- You can apply a number of filters before viewing the report:
- Item: Search by a specific text to filter by a particular item.
- Client: Select a specific client to view their tickets only. You can search by name, email, or phone number. If no client is selected, the system will display the report for all clients.
- Date Range (From / To): Specify the time period for which you want to view transactions.
- Employee: Select a specific employee to view only the transactions linked to them. If no employee is selected, the system will display the report for all employees.
- Currency: Select the currency you want the report displayed in. The available options are:
- All (in SAR): Displays all transactions converted to Saudi Riyal.
- All (each currency separately): Displays each currency in a separate table.
- Or select a specific currency such as SAR.
- Branch: Select one or more branches to view transactions for those branches only. If no branch is selected, the system will display the report for all branches.
- Click “View Report” to refresh the results.
- You can change the time grouping method using the dropdown at the top of the report. The available options are:
- Daily: Group transactions by day.
- Monthly: Group transactions by month.
- Yearly: Group transactions by year.
- You can print the report using “Print” or export it using “Export Options” to: CSV, PDF, PDF without chart.
Report Columns
The table displays ticket transactions grouped by date according to the selected grouping option. The table contains two header rows — the first shows the main groups and the second shows the sub-details for each group. The columns are as follows:
- Voucher: The sequential number of the record in the report.
- Ticket No: The number or name of the item or booking, with a direct link to view its details.
- Supplier: The name of the supplier linked to this ticket.
- Client: The name of the client the ticket was issued to.
- Sales — includes three sub-columns:
- Fare Pr.: The base ticket price.
- Comm.: The commission value (profit) calculated on this ticket.
- Total: The total sales value for this ticket.
- Payment — includes sub-columns for each available payment method.
- Returns — includes three sub-columns:
- Ref. to Supplier: The return amount due to the supplier.
- Ref. to Customer: The return amount due to the client.
- Ref. Comm.: The return commission value.
- Employee: The name and code of the employee responsible for this transaction.
A totals row appears at the bottom of the table, summing all values across all columns for the entire specified period.
