Linking a Treasury/ Bank Account with a specific Payment Option

• In “Daftra” software, you can link the treasury or bank account with various activated payment options on the account, so that the treasury or bank account is automatically changed according to the payment method chosen during payment or collection.

1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
2. Select “Payment Methods” from the menu.
3. Select the payment method you want to link to a specific treasury or bank account.
4. Choose the desired treasury or bank account from the list in the “Treasury” field.
   • Note: It is required to have more than one treasury or bank account in the profile. For more details, please refer to the guide “Treasuries and Bank Accounts“.
5. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

• Note: You can link one treasury or bank account to more than one payment method on the account.
