How Do I Remove My Mobile Number from the Printed Invoice?

The mobile or phone number appears in the printed invoice from Account Settings (the Mobile and Phone fields), through variables found in the Business Data section inside the invoice design. So the correct way to hide it is to delete the variable from the design, without deleting the number from your account.

Method One (Recommended): Delete the Number from the Invoice Design

1. Open Invoice/Quotation Designs.
2. Click Edit next to the design you use, which is the design specified as Default for invoices, or the design chosen in the Invoice Template field inside the invoice.
3. Click the company data area at the top of the design, or Business Data from the side menu, and the edit business data window appears.
4. Delete the number variable from the text, which is one of the following variables, or delete the number itself if it was written manually.
5. Click Save in the window, then click Save to save the design.

If the Invoice Is Printed with a Print Template

If you print the invoice from Printable Templates, open the template and click Edit, then delete the number variable or the manually written number and save the template.

Method Two: Delete the Number from Account Settings

• You can clear the Phone field from Account Settings, so it disappears from all the invoices, receipts, email templates, and messages that use it.
• As for the Mobile field, it cannot be left empty; it can be changed only with the edit button next to it after entering the current password, and a verification code for Saudi numbers.

Other Alternatives

• To display the branch number instead of the account number, replace the mobile variable in the business data with the branch variable {%invoice_branch_phone1%} or {%invoice_branch_phone2%}, when the branches app is enabled.
• Printing with the system’s standard design without a custom design doesn’t display the phone number, but it doesn’t display your custom design.
