Setting up the Auto Numbering Settings for transactions on the account

• In the “Daftra” software, you can set up the serial numbering for all transactions and entries in the account.

1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
2. Select “Auto Number Settings” from the menu.
3. Click on one of the entry items from the left-hand menu to set its serial number.
4. Adjust the serial method:
   • Current Number: Shows the current serial number for the selected entry type. You can adjust the serial format and choose from: (numeric digits- lowercase letters – uppercase letters – lowercase letters followed by numeric digits – uppercase letters followed by numeric digits).
   • Number of digits: Define the number of digits in the serial: for example, 3 digits (001), or 4 digits (0001).
   • Click the checkbox for “Add Prefix” to set a fixed or variable code that starts before the serial number.
   • Click the checkbox for “Require Unique” to ensure the serial number doesn’t repeat for the same entry more than once.
