First, make sure the SMS app is activated on the account. For more details about the activation steps of the app, you can check the article “Activating the SMS App“.
From the main menu, click on “Settings“.
Click on “SMS Settings“.
Select one of the supported service providers from Daftra, then click on “Open website” to navigate to their specific website to create an account with them.
Note: SMS service providers might vary depending on your country.
After completing the account creation process on the service provider’s site, go back to the Daftra software and click on the “Configure” button for the service provider you’ve created an account with.
Enter the information provided by the service provider when creating the account.
