SMS Campaigns Log Report

SMS Campaigns Log report is a page that displays a log of all SMS messages automatically sent by the system to clients, whether linked to appointments, invoices, or any other notifications. This page allows you to review the text, status, cost, and send date of each message, as well as view the details of each campaign individually.

Steps to View the Report

• From the main menu, click on “Reports”.
• Select “SMS Reports” from the submenu.
• Click on “SMS Campaigns Log”.
• A list of all sent campaigns will appear, sorted from newest to oldest, with a maximum of 20 results per page. You can navigate between pages using the pagination buttons at the bottom of the list.
• To view the details of any campaign, click “View” in the Actions column.

Report Columns

The list displays sent messages sorted from newest to oldest. The columns are as follows:

• ID: The unique identifier for each message in the system.
• Message: The text of the SMS message sent to the client. It may contain dynamic variables such as {%partner_name%} and {%appointments_start_date%}, which the system automatically replaces with the client’s data at the time of sending.
• Status: The status of the message. The value finished is displayed for messages that were sent successfully.
• Created: The date and time the message was created and sent.
• Cost: The cost of sending the message in units. A value of 0 is shown for messages with no charge, and a positive value is shown for messages that consumed credit.
• Actions: The “View” button allows you to see the full details of the message, including the list of recipients and the delivery status for each message.
