Summary Of Stock Balance Report
Report Overview
The Summary Of Stock Balance Report provides a clear view of the current available quantities of all products across different warehouses. It helps monitor stock levels and supports better inventory and purchasing decisions.
How to Access the Report
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Click on Store Reports.
- Select Summary of Stock Balance.
You can apply the following filters before displaying the report:

Product: Select a specific product to view its balance only.

Brand: Filter products by a specific brand.

Category: Filter products by category.

Warehouse: Select one or more warehouses.

Product Branch: Filter products by branch.

Status: Filter by stock status (All, Available, Low Stock, Out of Stock, Inactive).
After setting the filters, click Show Report to update the result
Report Columns
The table displays stock balances across warehouses with the following columns:

Code: The product’s unique identifier.

Name: The product name.
-
Category: The product category.
-
Brand: The product brand.

Primary Warehouse On Hand Stock: The actual physical quantity available in the primary warehouse.

Primary Warehouse Pending Stock: The quantity that is reserved or pending (not yet available).

Primary Warehouse Available Stock: The available quantity after deducting pending stock from on-hand stock.

Total On Hand: Total physical stock across all warehouses.
-
Total Pending: Total reserved or pending stock across all warehouses.
-
Total Available: Total available stock across all warehouses after adjustments.
