Can any activity log record in the system be deleted or hidden?

No, no record in the activity log can be deleted or hidden. The activity log is an audit trail that documents who performed each action and when, and if any record could be deleted from it, it would lose its value for review and tracking changes.

That’s why records are displayed on the screen for viewing purposes only, with no delete or hide button on the record itself.

What you can do is temporarily narrow down what’s displayed using the filtering tools at the top of the screen:

• Date Range: to display activity for a specific period only.
• All Actors: to display the activity of a specific employee or user.
• All Actions: to display a specific type of action only.

In all cases, the records remain saved in the system, and reappear as soon as the filter is removed.

Note: if your goal is to prevent certain users from viewing the activity log, the solution is to control the “View All Activity Logs” or “View His Activity Logs” permissions for those users, not to delete the records.
