Bulk Assign / Remove Salary Components to Contracts

To streamline payroll management, you can easily assign or remove salary components in bulk across multiple employee contracts. This tutorial guides you through the process step by step.

From the main menu, click on “Contracts” from the dropdown menu of “Payroll“.

Select the employee contracts you wish to manage by marking the checkbox next to each contract individually, or select all contracts at once by clicking the checkbox next to the “Actions” button.

Then select the desired action by clicking on the button “Actions“.

Assign Salary Components Across Multiple Contracts

After selecting the employees, click on the “Actions” button and click on “Assign Salary Component“.

Search for the salary component that you need to assign to the selected employees.  By clicking on the button “Update Existing Component“, the existing salary components in the employee’s contract will be updated to reflect the latest version. If left unchecked, the current components will remain as they are.

For instance we’ll add the salary component “Lateness” to the selected employees then click on the button “Submit“.

A confirmation message will appear indicating that the salary component has been successfully assigned to the employees’ contracts, along with any error if issues occurred during the process.

Remove Salary Components Across Multiple Contracts

Select the contracts from which you want to remove the assigned salary components.

Click on the “Action” button, then select “Remove Salary Component

Let’s assume you want to remove the ‘Lateness‘ salary component that was previously assigned in the earlier example. To proceed, click on ‘Submit‘.

A confirmation message will appear indicating that the salary component has been successfully removed.
