Adding a New Request

The following steps illustrate how to add a new request to your account on Daftra:

  1. From the main menu, click on “Requests“.
  2. Click on “Manage Requests“.
  3. Select the type of request from the pre-defined request type cards.
    • For more information about request types, refer to the guide “Add Request Type“.
  4. Click on the “New Request” button.
  5. Enter the request details as follows:
    • Employee: Select the name of the employee concerned with this request being added.
    • Date of Application: Select the submission date for the request from the calendar.
    • Execution Date: Select the request execution date from the calendar.
    • Description: Write the request description in the dialog box under the description.
    • Attachments: Add any necessary attachments related to the request. You can drag and drop files to attach them or click on the “select from your computer” button to add the required attachments.
  6. Click on the “Save” button.
  • The request will be in the “Pending” status until it is approved or rejected.
