Actions on the Leave Policy

Modify or delete a leave policy, by following the steps explained below each action.

Modifying the Leave Policy

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the card labeled “Leave Policies”.
  4. Click on the leave policy you wish to edit.
  5. Click on the button “Edit”.
  6. Enter the desired modifications as required.
  7. Click on the button “Save”.

Deleting a Leave Policy

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the card labeled “Leave Policies”.
  4. Click on the leave policy you wish to delete.
  5. Click on the button “Delete”.
  6. Click on the button “Yes”.

Activating/ Deactivating a Leave Policy

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the card labeled “Leave Policies”.
  4. Click on the leave policy you wish to deactivate.
  5. Click on the button “Mark as Inactive”.
  • Note: If the leave policy is in the “Inactive” state or you wish to reactivate it after deactivating, you can do so by clicking on the “Mark as Active” button.
