Payroll Details from the Employee’s Profile
Click on “Manage Employees” from the dropdown of “Employees” in the main menu.
Choose an employee to view their profile, in the example below we’ll select the employee “Jack“.
Click on “Payroll“.
Payroll Overview in the Employee's Profile
This section displays employee payroll data in a well-organized chart, allowing you to select the desired year and period for a comprehensive overview, including:
- Average Gross Salary: The average total salary before deductions.
- Average Net Salary: The average take-home pay after deductions.
- Total Net Salary: The combined net salaries of the employee.
- Average Cost / Working Hours: The average labor cost per working hour.
Below the chart, a detailed table displays payslip information, providing a comprehensive breakdown of salary components, including deductions, bonuses, transportation allowances, and other earnings.
Loans
This section provides a detailed overview of employee loans, allowing you to track repayment progress and financial obligations. The data is displayed in a structured table, including:
- Loan ID: A unique identifier assigned to each loan.
- Next Installment: The upcoming payment amount and due date.
- Paid Installments: The number of completed payments.
- Amount: The total loan amount issued.
- Status: The current state of the loan, such as active, paid, or overdue.
Latest Payslips
This section provides an overview of the most recent payslips, allowing you to track payroll records efficiently. The data includes:
- ID: A unique identifier for each payslip.
- Period: The payroll period covered by the payslip.
- Total Amount: The total salary amount before deductions.
- Status: The current status of the payslip, such as generated, pending, or approved.
Current Contract Information
This section offers a comprehensive overview of contract details, including employment type, contract start and end dates, salary information, earnings, and other key terms, ensuring clear and organized employment records.
You can display the detailed contract of the employee by clicking on “Full Details” button.
Contracts
This section provides a detailed record of employee contracts, ensuring transparency and easy tracking of employment terms. The data includes:
- No.: A unique identifier for each contract.
- Start Date: The date the contract begins.
- End Date: The date the contract is set to expire.
- Gross Salary: The total salary before deductions.
- Status: The current state of the contract, such as active, expired, or pending renewal.
