Employee Attendance Logs
The system provides a comprehensive employee attendance module, allowing you to efficiently track and manage work hours, check-ins, and check-outs. This module ensures accurate record-keeping, helping streamline payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
Taking an Employee's Attendance
From the main click on “Attendance Logs” from the dropdown menu of “Attendance“.
Click on the arrow beside “Import File“, select “Take Employee Attendance“.
Select the employee for whom you want to record attendance. You can easily search for or browse through the employee list.
Click on the “Sign” button.
When returning to the “Attendance Logs” page, the system will display an alert notifying you of a new attendance log that has not yet been calculated.
Click on “Calculate Attendance” to process the recorded attendance data.
The system will calculate the attendance log automatically.
