Attendance Details in the Employee Profile
From the main menu click on “Manage Employees” from the dropdown menu of “Employees“.
Choose an employee to view their profile, in the example below we’ll select the employee “Jack“.
Attendance Overview in the Employee's Profile
The employee’s profile includes a detailed attendance overview, where you can track:
- Present Days: The total number of days an employee was present at work.
- Leaves Taken: The number of approved leave days an employee has used.
- Absence: The days an employee was scheduled to work but did not attend without approved leave.
There is also a clear breakdown of an employee’s attendance history in an organized charts, helping you analyze work patterns and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Monthly Attendance
You can select a specific month to view a detailed record of an employee’s attendance. This section provides a structured overview of their work hours, including:
- Sign In: The recorded time when the employee starts their workday.
- Sign Out: The recorded time when the employee finishes their workday.
- Late In: The instances when an employee signs in later than their scheduled start time.
- Early Out: The instances when an employee signs out before their scheduled end time.
- Missing: Any unrecorded attendance entries, such as missing sign-ins or sign-outs.
- Overtime: The extra hours worked beyond the employee’s scheduled working hours.
Latest Attendance Logs / Pending Leave Applications
This section provides an overview of recent attendance records and pending leave requests for quick reference:
Latest Attendance Logs: Displays the most recent attendance records of the employee, including sign-in and sign-out times, late arrivals, early departures, and any missing entries.
Pending Leave Applications: Lists leave requests that are awaiting approval, showing details such as the type of leave, requested dates, and current approval status. You can also approve or reject a leave application from the same page of the employee profile.
Leave Balance
This section displays the employee’s remaining leave entitlement and usage details.
Leave Balance: Shows the total available leave days, including used and remaining balances, categorized by leave type, and specifies the dates when leave was taken or is scheduled.
You can also update or edit the credit balance by clicking on “Update Credit“.
Shifts & Policies
This section outlines the assigned work shifts and applicable policies that govern attendance, leave, and holidays for the employee.
- Attendance Shift: Specifies the employee’s assigned work hours, including start and end times, break periods, and shift rotations.
- Leave Policy: Defines the rules for leave entitlement, including types of leave, accrual rates, and approval requirements.
- Holiday Lists: Displays the official country holidays applicable to the employee, ensuring clarity on non-working days.
The below and last section is a display for the latest attendance sheet. You can click on the button “View All” to be directed to all attendance sheets of the system.
