Managing Attendance Days
Daftra enables you to gather the attendance days of the employees recorded on the system and to know the times of signing in and out, calculate the total working hours of each day, plus calculate the employee attendance or a group of employees for other uses.
Attendance Days Record
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
- Click on “Attendance Days“.
- The system will display the attendance days of employees as follows:
- Employee’s Name
- Date
- Sign-In
- Sign-Out
- Total W.H (Working Hours).
- Status
- You can search through the attendance days record for the employees by:
- Search by Employee
- Search by From Date
- Search by To Date
- Advanced search by Status
Calculating Attendance
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
- Click on “Attendance Days“.
- Click on the “Calculate Attendance” button.
- The system will open a new tab containing the necessary data to calculate attendance days.
- Enter the attendance days calculation details as follows:
- From: Select the starting date from the calendar on which the system will begin calculating attendance days.
- To: Select the ending date from the calendar on which the system will finish calculating attendance days.
- Overwrite Manual Attendance Day: Click on the checkbox next to this field to enable the manual attendance option.
- Select the criteria to choose the employees for whom attendance days will be calculated, either by “Rule Selection” or “Employees Selection” directly by name.
- In case of “Rule Selection“, enter the details as follows:
- Branch: Select the desired branch from the dropdown menu where you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.
- Department: Select the desired department from the dropdown menu where you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.
- Designation: Select the desired position from the dropdown menu for which you want to calculate attendance days.
- Shift: Select the desired shift from the dropdown menu for which you want to calculate attendance days for its employees.
- In case of “Employees Selection“, choose the name(s) of the employee(s) for whom you want to calculate attendance days from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the “Calculate” button.
Exporting the Attendance Days
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
- Click on “Attendance Days“.
- Select the attendance days you want to export by clicking on the checkbox next to the attendance day you wish to export.
- Click on the “Actions” button located above the employees’ attendance days data.
- Click on “Export” from the dropdown menu.
- Select the data you wish to export by clicking on the checkbox next to each field.
- Click on the “Export” button.
- The system will download a CSV file containing all the selected data for export.
- Note: The attendance days data is selected by default. You can deselect all at once by clicking on the “Unselect All” button.
Deleting Multiple Attendance Days
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
- Click on “Attendance Days“.
- Select the attendance days you wish to delete by clicking on the checkbox next to the desired attendance day to be delete.
- Click on the “Actions” button located above the data of the employees’ attendance days.
- Click on “Delete” from the dropdown menu.
