Attendance Days Record
The system enables you to gather the attendance days of the employees recorded on the system and to know the times of signing in and out, calculate the total working hours of each day, plus calculate the employee attendance or a group of employees for other uses.
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance“.
- Click on “Attendance Days“.
- The system will display the attendance days of employees as follows:
- Employee’s Name
- Date
- Sign-In
- Sign-Out
- Total W.H (Working Hours).
- Status
- You can search through the attendance days record for the employees by:
- Search by Employee
- Search by From Date
- Search by To Date
- Advanced search by Status
