Actions on Attendance Restrictions
Edit, delete, or disable your attendance flags by following the steps outlined under each action.
Modifying Attendance Flags
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on the card titled “Attendance Flags”.
- Click on the attendance flag you wish to edit.
- Click on the “Edit” button.
- Enter the required changes as needed.
- Click on the “Save” button available.
Deleting Attendance Flags
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on the card titled “Attendance Flags”.
- Click on the attendance flags you wish to delete.
- Click on the “Delete” button.
- Click on the “Yes” button when the deletion confirmation message appears.
- Note: You cannot delete attendance flags that have already been assigned in salary components.
Activating/ Deactivating Attendance Flags
- From the main menu, click on “Attendance”.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on the card titled “Attendance Flags”.
- Click on the attendance flags you wish to disable.
- Click on the “Mark as Inactive” button.
- Note: If the attendance flags are in the “Inactive” state or you want to reactivate them after disabling them, you can do so by clicking on the “Mark as Active” button.
