How do I get a statement of account for any account in the system?

The General Ledger report shows the transaction statement for any of your accounts — whether it’s a supplier, client, cash drawer, bank, owner’s current account, or any other account defined in the chart of accounts — along with the debit and credit movements and the balance after each transaction.

Go to Reports → General Accounting Reports → General Ledger, then select the needed account from the Sub-Account field, set the period, and display the report. You’ll see the opening balance, the transaction details with their dates and descriptions, then the closing balance, and you can print or export it.

You can also access any account’s statement from Accounting → Chart of Accounts by clicking directly on the account.
