Add a Note/Attachment to a Leave Application

  1. From the main menu, click on “Attendance.”
  2. Click on “Leave Applications” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the leave application you want to add a note/attachment to.
  4. Click on the “Add Note/Attachments” button.
  5. Fill in the fields below:
  • Date and Time: Select the date and time when the note/attachment is being added.
  • Note: Provide any additional information or comments related to the leave application.
  • Attachment: Attach any relevant files or documents by clicking “Select from Your Computer” or dragging and dropping the files.
  • Tags: Add any tags to categorize or label the note/attachment for easy reference.

6. Click on the “Save” button.
