Report Structure
- Report Header: Report name (“Invoice Net Position“), generation date and time, and a summary of the applied filters (date range, currency, branch).
- Client Information: Shows the client’s (or company’s) name when the report includes invoices for a specific client.
- Invoices Table, with the following columns:
- No.: The invoice number, linking directly to its view page.
- Type: The document type (Invoice, Refund).
- Date: The invoice date.
- Client: The client associated with the invoice.
- Amount: The invoice’s total value.
- Debit: The debit amount associated with the invoice.
- Gross: The invoice’s total value before deducting any payments or returns.
- Paid: The amount collected against this invoice.
- Returns: The value of any returned amounts (credit notes) linked to the invoice.
- Net: The invoice’s final net value (Gross minus Returns).
- Status: The invoice’s payment status, shown as a colored badge (e.g., “Paid,” “Unpaid,” “Partially Paid“). More than one badge can appear for the same invoice (e.g., “Paid” and “Refunded“) if it has a linked refund.
- E-Invoice Status: The invoice’s submission status to ZATCA (e.g., “Not Submitted“).
- Totals Row: Appears at the end of the table labeled “Period totals,” showing the invoice count and the grand total for each financial column (Amount, Debit, Gross, Paid, Returns, Net) across all invoices shown in the report, along with the currency (e.g., “Period totals · all 42 invoices”).
Notes
- Financial columns are always displayed in the currency selected in the “Currency” filter.
- You can click directly on an invoice number in the table to go to its full view page.
- If an invoice has a linked credit note or refund, that refund appears as a separate row directly below the original invoice, with its own values (negative values appear only in the “Returns” and “Paid” columns for that row, while the remaining cells stay blank).
