What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are credits added to clients in exchange for the purchases they make through you. The cash value of their purchases each time equates to a certain number of points. They can then redeem these points in subsequent purchases as a discount on the total amount due. The purpose of the loyalty system is to maintain a lasting relationship with your clients.
The loyalty rule is the method you control to estimate the amount of points that correspond to a certain amount of money with which the client bought your products. It’s also used to set the minimum amount of money that needs to be spent in a single purchase by the client to qualify for the rule to apply.”
Steps to enable the Loyalty Points App
- From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
- Select “Apps Manager” from the menu.
- Activate the “Clients Loyalty Points” app.
- Click the “Save” button.
- Note: The “Loyalty Points” option will then appear in the main menu of the software.
