Viewing the Cost Centers Report

  1. Click on the “Reports” menu.
  2. Click on “Accounting Reports“.
  3. From the “Accounting Reports” page, select the “Cost Centers” report.
  4. After viewing the report, you can apply several additional filters, which are:
    • Group by: Choose to group by either cost centers, journal accounts, or by a time period.
    • Parent Cost Center: Select one or more parent cost centers to display their data or choose “All” to display all transactions.
    • Secondary Cost Center: Select one or more secondary cost centers to display their data or choose “All” to display all transactions.
    • Account: Select a sub-account to display data that has been assigned to cost centers.
    • Date Range: You can define the start and end of the period you want the report to cover through this field.
    • Branch: Select one or more branches to display transactions that have been added through them and have been assigned to cost centers.
  5. Once the filters are adjusted, click on “Show Report“.
  6. You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a CSV, EXCEL, or PDF file from the export options.

Note: The report will be displayed in order based on what was specified in the “Group by” field.
