- Click on the “Reports” menu.
- Click on “Accounting Reports“.
- From the “Accounting Reports” page, select the “Chart of Accounts Directory” report.
- After viewing the report, you can apply several additional filters, which are:
- Account Level: Select the account level, whether it is “Main Account“, “Sub Account“, or “All“.
- Account Type: Select the type of account, whether it is “Debit“, “Credit“, or “All“.
- Display All Account Except: Choose the accounts not to be displayed in the report either “Client Accounts“, “Supplier Accounts“, or both.
- Branch: Select one or more branches to display the accounts that were added through it.
- Order by: Choose how to sort the report, either by “Code Ascending” or “Code Descending“.
- Upon adjusting the filters, click on “Show Report“.
- You can print the report from “Print” or export it to a file in CSV, EXCEL, or PDF from the export options.
