View Client List Report
Report Overview
The client list report provides a comprehensive list of all clients registered in the system, including their contact details and geographic location.
This report is used to review client information in a consolidated view, search for specific clients based on classification, region, or branch, and access any custom fields enabled for filtering and display.
Steps to View the Report
- From the main menu click “Reports“.
- Click on “Client Reports“.
- From the client reports choose “Clients List“.
- Available filters:
- Category: Select one or more categories to display only clients within those categories (search by name).
- If no specific category is selected, the system will display the report for all categories.
- State: Select one or more regions to filter customers by their geographic area.
- If no state is selected, the report will include all states.
- City: Enter the city name to filter customers registered in that city.
- Country: Enter the country name to filter customers by their country.
- Branch: Select one or more branches to display clients belonging to those branches only.
- If no branch is selected, all branches will be displayed.
- Group By: Choose how to group the report data. Available options: Client, Branch.
- Custom Fields: Any custom fields created for clients with filtering and display permissions enabled will appear in the filter section (such as date fields, text fields, or dropdown lists). These fields can be used to further refine report results based on additional stored customer data.
- Category: Select one or more categories to display only clients within those categories (search by name).
- After adjusting the filters, click “View Report” to update the results, or click “Clear Filter” to return to default settings.
- You can switch between “Summary” view to display only the basic data for each client, or the “Details” view to display all columns, including any custom fields enabled for display.
- You can print the report via “Print” or export it using “Export” to:
- CSV
- Excel
Report Columns
The table displays one row per client registered in the system. The main columns are as follows:
- Code: Client’s unique identifier in the system, with a direct link to the full client profile.
- Name: Client or company name as registered, with a direct link to the client profile.
- Category: Client classification as defined during creation.
- State: The client’s geographic region.
- Address: The client’s detailed address.
- Phone: Primary phone number registered for the client.
- Mobile: Secondary or mobile phone number registered for the client.
When “View Details” is enabled, additional columns will appear, including extended client data and any custom fields configured for display in the system.
