Expenses Periodic Reports

Through the expense report in the system, you can track all recorded expenses within a specified time period, displayed in aggregated views (Daily – Weekly – Monthly – Yearly). This enables you to accurately monitor outgoing cash flows, analyze different expense items, and support financial decision-making based on actual expense movements.

  1. From the main menu, go to “Reports“.
  2. Click on “Accounting Reports“.
  3. From the “Expenses Periodic Reports“, choose between (Daily – Weekly – Monthly – Yearly).
  4. Alternatively, define the details you wish to display from the report screen, with filtering options available by: yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, category, staff, vendor, treasury, or branch.

Report Contents

  • View Mode:
    • Summary: Displays only the date with the total expense.
    • Details: Displays all data related to each expense, such as (Code – Date – Treasury – Category – Vendor – Journal account – Staff – Notes – Branch – Amount – Taxes – Total with Tax).
  • Chart: Illustrates expense movements during the selected period.
  • Totals: Shows the total recorded expenses for each period.
