If a session is stopped or ended, will the processed files be lost?

When you stop or end a session (i.e., exit the processing screen before completing the review of all files), the system displays a confirmation message before closing. Upon confirmation:

• Completed files (those that have been processed, reviewed, and saved as expenses) remain saved in the system normally and are not affected by ending the session.
• Incomplete files (those that have not yet been reviewed or saved) are deleted and cannot be recovered afterward.

Therefore, it’s important to review all pending files and save them as expenses before exiting the processing screen, to avoid losing them.
