Why couldn’t I start a new processing session?
In the Quick Expense Scanner Mobile App, you can have up to 5 active (open) AI processing sessions at the same time. If you reach this maximum limit, the system prevents you from creating a new session, and a message appears explaining the reason.
To resolve this, you have two options:
- Resume an existing session: open one of your current active sessions and complete its review. The session automatically closes and disappears from the list once all its files have been reviewed and saved successfully, freeing up a slot for a new one.
- Stop and finish a session manually: you can end any active session manually, even if its review hasn’t been completed yet. Ending a session, this way permanently deletes all of its processed and unprocessed files, and no expense is created from files that haven’t been reviewed yet.
Notes:
- Each processing session displays a name or identifier, a creation date, and a progress indicator (such as “0 completed, 1 remaining”), helping you determine which sessions are worth resuming first.
- Sessions automatically expire after 30 days of inactivity; a warning appears when resuming a session nearing expiry, and once it actually expires, the session is automatically deleted, and a new session must be started.
