Why did the tax field appear empty after scanning the invoice QR code?

When scanning an invoice issued in Saudi Riyals via QR code, if the system is unable to identify the tax value from the scanned invoice data, it takes the extracted total amount and leaves the tax field empty, rather than assuming an inaccurate value.

In this case, you can enter the tax value manually after reviewing:

• Review the extracted amount on the Add/Edit Expense screen.
• Select the appropriate tax type (e.g., VAT) and enter its value in the Tax field.
• Specify whether the tax is Inclusive (included within the amount) or Exclusive (added on top of the amount).
• The Calculated VAT and Total Due are automatically recalculated based on the value you enter.
