Changing the Mobile Number Registered to the Account

In this guide, we explain the steps required to change the mobile number previously registered to your account, using clear, straightforward, and easy-to-follow instructions.

Please note that this feature is currently available only for Saudi Arabia accounts.

From the main menu, click “Settings”, then select “Account Settings.”

In the “Mobile” field, click “Change Number.”

The system will redirect you to a dedicated screen where you are required to enter the account’s current password and the new mobile number. This step is necessary to verify the user’s identity and ensure account security before completing the change.

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the mobile number you entered.

Enter the code, then click “Verify.”

If you do not receive the verification code, the system allows you to wait a few seconds before clicking “Resend Verification Code” to send it again.

Once completed, the mobile number will be successfully updated, and the new number will be used for all future account notifications and alerts.
