Why am I not able to log in to my account?
You may encounter some problems while logging into your account in the Daftra software, which results in the system sending an OTP code to the email associated with your account. This code must be entered during login to verify the account owner’s information for added security and privacy.
The reasons for sending the OTP code include:
- Entering the wrong password more than 5 times during login.
- Logging in from a country different from the one specified in the account.
After entering the OTP code, you can log into your account normally.
