Steps to Delete an Account After Subscription Expiry

If you have an account with an expired trial period or subscription, you can permanently delete it. This allows you to create a new account later using the same email address if needed.

When trying to log in to an expired account, you will see the message shown in the image below.

To delete this account, click on the “Upgrade” button.

Click on the “Back” button at the top left of the screen.

Click on the three dots as shown below, then select “Cancel Account.

Enter your email address and password, then click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.

The final step to delete the account is to click on “I’m sure, delete my account.”

A notification will then appear confirming that the account has been successfully deleted.
