Resetting the Account Data
- From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
- Select from the list “Account Information”.
- From the Account Information screen, click on “Accounts Dashboard”.
- Click on the three dots “…” located below the word Enter.
- Click on “Erase Account Data”
- Make sure to choose “Erase Account Data” and not to click on “Cancel Account” so as not to permanently delete your account.
- If the option “Erase Account Data” doesn’t appear on the page, please contact the technical support team via email: support@daftra.com, providing your account details like “Account Info Number” and “Support PIN” so they can reset the account for you.
- Enter your email and password and then click “Next”
- You will receive a confirmation message regarding your account data reset request. Click on “I’m sure, erase account data”.
