Resetting the Account Data

  1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
  2. Select from the list “Account Information”.
  3. From the Account Information screen, click on “Accounts Dashboard”.
  4. Click on the three dots “…” located below the word Enter.
  5. Click on “Erase Account Data”
    • Make sure to choose “Erase Account Data” and not to click on “Cancel Account” so as not to permanently delete your account.
    • If the option “Erase Account Data” doesn’t appear on the page, please contact the technical support team via email: support@daftra.com, providing your account details like “Account Info Number” and “Support PIN” so they can reset the account for you.
  6. Enter your email and password and then click “Next”
  7. You will receive a confirmation message regarding your account data reset request. Click on “I’m sure, erase account data”.

If you proceed to reset your account data, any transactions or actions added to the account will be deleted, including all templates and any “Custom/Implemented designs” that have been added.
