Extracting a Backup of the Account data

• Users with paid subscriptions to the “Daftra” software  can export their account data in the form of a set of files in CSV format.

1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
2. Select “Account Information” from the menu.
3. Click on the “Download Backup” button.
4. Select the type of data you want to extract from the account (invoices – purchase invoices – clients – suppliers – expenses – incomes, and more).
5. Choose the “Backup Format” and select between: XML or CSV.

6. Click on the “Download” button.
