Downloading a Backup Copy of Your Account Data
You can download a backup copy of all system data or select specific modules and download their data. The downloaded data will be in an easily browsable Excel file format, which allows for reuse.
Steps to Download a Backup Copy of Your Account Data on Daftra
To download a backup copy of your account data recorded on Daftra, click on “Account Information” under “Settings” in the main menu, then click on the “Download Backup” button.
Select the modules you want to back up
Choose the format: CSV
Select the delimiter: Comma Separated
Choose the branches you want to download the data for.
Then, click the “Download” button.
You will then find the Excel files for the modules you downloaded on your device.
You can view the data within the file as follows.
