Modifying the Negative Numbers Display in the System

1. From the main menu, click on “Settings”.
2. Select “Account Settings” from the menu.
3. Click on the “Negative Currency Formats” field.
4. Choose the formatting method, either with a “-“ sign or by displaying the negative number in parentheses ()
5. Click on the “Save” button.
