Can I Downgrade My Subscription?

You can downgrade your subscription through the following steps,

From the main menu click on “Settings”,

Then choose “Account Information”, and click “Upgrade Plan”.

The system will direct you to the plans page to choose the required package you need to downgrade to.

Lastly, you will proceed to complete the payment process.
