Clients Appointments

Daftra provides a comprehensive set of services for effective appointment management. Daftra allows users to easily schedule court dates, hearings, and other client appointments. It sends reminders and notifications to ensure that crucial dates are not missed. The system is intended to increase efficiency, save time, and contribute to a more professional client experience, making it an ideal choice for legal professionals.

 

Adding a New Appointment

From the main menu click on “Clients“, and from the dropdown menu choose “Appointments“,

then click on “New Appointment

 

 

You’ll be directed to the page where you should fill in the appointment details which are:

  1. Select the “Client” from the account client list.
  2. Set the date and time of the appointment from the “Date” field.
  3. Enter the “Duration” value to set the period the appointment will take.
  4. Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
  5. Add “Notes” for the appointment in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
  6. You can choose from a set of available options such as:
    • Share with Client: Send appointment details to the client’s page
  • For the client to view the appointment, the permission to view appointments must be set on their page. For more details, refer to the guide Client Settings
    • Recurring: The appointment will be repeated at fixed intervals until a specified date.
    • Assign to staff members: One or more employees are chosen to view and follow up on the appointment with the client.

Edit Appointment's Actions List

You can customize the actions list and add, edit, or delete any action you need.

To do so, click on “Actions“, then from the dropdown menu click on “Edit Actions List

 

 

A floating screen will appear where you can delete, edit, or add a new action by clicking on the “+ Add New Action”  button as illustrated in the following image:
