Adding a Pricing Rule for Car Rentals

To add a new pricing rule for car rentals, follow these steps:

1. From the main menu, go to “Rental & Car Management”.
2. Select “Rental Pricing Rules”.
3. Click the “Add Pricing Rule” button.
4. Enter the Following Details:
   • Pricing Rule Name: Enter the name of the rule.
   • Status: Choose whether the pricing rule is Active (to make it available for use) or Inactive (to disable it).
   • Currency: Select the currency that will be used for price calculation.
   • Pricing Method: Choose how the price will be calculated, whether per Day, per Hour, or per Day and Hour.
   • Day Price: Enter the daily rental rate for the vehicle under this rule.
   • Hour Price: Enter the hourly rental rate if the rental is charged by the hour.
5. Click Save
