Branches Management
Daftra's Branches Management Features
- Add multiple branches, all under one account.
- Ability to switch between branches easily and based on the permissions set for the user in the branches.
- Separate transactions for each branch and specify one of these branches as the primary branch.
- View transactions of each branch individually without having access to view them in another branch.
- Specify sharing or stopping data sharing between branches such as clients, suppliers, products, cost centers, and specify account branches through branch settings.
- Link each user to a specific branch or more than one branch.
- Associate branches with specific permissions for treasuries, bank accounts, and also warehouses.
- This allows you to add permissions for warehouses or treasuries and bank accounts to an entire branch, which includes activating the permission for all users assigned to that branch.
- Ability to display account reports on a single branch level or across all branches.
- Example: Extract balance sheet reports, income statements, and tax reports for all branches together or for each branch separately.
- Ability to add branch data to printable templates using the placeholder words specific to branch data.
- Edit the data specific to the branch.
- Deactivate a branch, resulting in not displaying any of the transactions added to this branch.
- You can restore branch transactions by reactivating the branch.
- Permanently delete a branch.
- To be able to delete a branch, you must first ensure that all branch transactions are deleted.
- Once the branch is deleted, you will not be able to recover the data that was deleted from the branch again.
Note: Please be aware that adding each branch to the account comes at an additional cost different from the subscription cost. For more information on prices, please visit this link: Pricing Plans.
