Viewing the Entertainment Hub App Screen

  1. From the program’s introductory screen, click on “Go To App”.
  2. A new screen will appear showing the devices and tables that were entered through “Entertainment Devices Management”. This screen contains some settings, which are:
    • New Device: Clicking on this option will redirect you to the “Add Entertainment Device” page. For more information, you can visit this link: “Adding Devices and Tables to the Reservation App”.
    • Settings: You will be redirected to the settings page related to devices and the operating mechanism of the reservation app.
  3. There are also some fields related to handling and reserving devices, which are:
    • Start: Click this button to start the program’s ascending time count which the client consumes for the device.
    • Pause: This option appears once the “Start” button is pressed. Upon pressing “Pause”, the time count is frozen and temporarily halted until resumed.
      • Resume: This option appears when the “Pause” button is pressed. Upon pressing “Resume”, the time counting continues for the client’s device.
    • Stop: Click this button to stop the ascending time count for the device.
    • New: Click this button to start a new time for this device.
    • Input Time: Through this field, you can set the duration in minutes the client wants to consume on the device. Upon starting with “Start”, the time is counted down from the specified minutes.
    • Create Invoice: By clicking on this option, you will be redirected to the invoice creation page with the duration of time consumed by the client on his device.
      • Note: The “Create Invoice” option only appears when the “Stop” button is clicked.
