Assigning a Service in the Booking to an Employee
Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Booking Management app in your account.
Steps to assign Booking Services to an Employee
- From the main menu, click on “Bookings”.
- Select from the menu “Manage Booking Settings”.
- Click on the checkbox “Assign service to employee”.
- Note: The system will automatically and mandatorily switch the reservation mode to “Book Only One Service”. You won’t be able to book more than one service for the same client when adding a reservation. This is a fundamental condition to allow assigning services to employees.
- Click on the button “Employee assigned service “.
- Click on the button “New Staff Service”.
- Select the desired employee from the list in the “Staff” field.
- Select the services you want to assign or link to the employee from the list in the “Services” field.
- Click on the “Save” button.
- Repeat steps from number (6) to assign services to another employee.
