Sending the Employee Login Link to the Employee Attendance App via WhatsApp
Employees use the ESS app from Daftra to register their attendance on the system.
In this guide, we will learn how to find each employee’s login link to the app and how to send the specific registration link for an employee via WhatsApp to facilitate their login process.

Logging in as an Employee
The login link for the employee app is unique for each employee. To get the login link for a specific employee, you need to log in with that employee’s account as we will explain.
Click on ‘Manage Employees‘ under ‘Employees‘ in the main menu, then click on the employee for whom you want to get the login link to the app.
Click on ‘Log in as +Employee Name‘.
Sending the Link via WhatsApp
After logging in as the employee, click on the employee’s name and profile picture, then click on ‘Daftra Mobile Apps‘ from the dropdown menu.
Click on the ‘Employee Attendance‘ tab.
Click on “Send Via WhatsApp“.
Select the employee’s number or the number to which you want to send the link via WhatsApp, then click on the ‘Send‘ button.
