button.\n<ul>\n<li>If you choose the &#8220;<strong>Tax Invoice<\/strong>&#8221; layout, we <strong>do not recommend<\/strong> modifying the template columns or replacing them, except for the &#8220;<strong>Item<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Description<\/strong>&#8221; columns, to avoid any formatting errors according to the template&#8217;s programming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Style<\/strong>: Adjust the invoice formatting such as font size, data table formatting, paper size, page margin, and others as required, then click the &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the field below the Template Details, name the template to distinguish it from other used templates.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>&#8220;Set this layout as default&#8221;<\/strong> button to display it as the default design for your invoices or estimates when creating a new invoice\/estimate.\n<ul>\n<li>If you make the design primary, the system will show more checkboxes for related options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Set this layout as default for invoices<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Set this layout as default for estimates<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Set this layout as default for time invoicing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"l-input-box\"><strong><label class=\"l-radio-label mb-0 ui-radio-label\"><span class=\"ui-radio-label-content\">Set this layout as default for credit note<\/span><\/label><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"all_sets well\"><strong><label class=\"l-radio-label mb-0 ui-radio-label\"><span class=\"ui-radio-label-content\">Set this layout as default for refund receipt<\/span><\/label><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the checkbox<strong> &#8220;Don&#8217;t show the currency symbol in the items list&#8221;<\/strong> to not display the used currency in the sales invoice or estimates.\n<ul>\n<li>You can click the checkbox again to cancel this option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the checkbox<strong> &#8220;Always show &#8220;Paid Amount&#8221; and &#8220;Balance Due&#8221;&#8221;<\/strong> if you want to display the paid and due amounts.\n<ul>\n<li>You can click the checkbox again to cancel this option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Choose the quantity and unit price options from the dropdown menu, and select among (&#8220;<strong>Show unit price before quantity<\/strong>&#8220;, &#8220;<strong>Show quantity before unit price<\/strong>&#8220;, or &#8220;<strong>Hide quantity and unit price<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8221;
