  2. Click on \u201cPrintable Templates<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the \u201cJournals\u201d<\/strong> card.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAdd Template\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the new template’s name in the “Template Name”<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
