  4. Enter the details of the purchase refund.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the “Save”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Example: If the supplier’s balance is a credit of 10,000, and you want to issue a debit note of 5,000 without linking the return to a specific purchase invoice.<\/p>\n

    1- Display the “Purchase Refunds”<\/strong> page from the purchases menu.<\/p>\n

    2- Click on the “+ Purchase Refund”<\/strong> button at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

    3- Fill in the details of the Debit Note\/ Purchase Refund <\/strong>with the required products.<\/p>\n

      1- Click on the card for “Purchase Invoice Layouts”<\/strong> from the list of the printable templates.<\/p>\n
