Click on <\/span>“More Options”<\/b> and choose <\/span>“Suspend”<\/b> from the dropdown menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

A message will appear to confirm the suspension of the client, click <\/span>“Yes”<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nAfter confirming the suspension, a message will appear indicating that the status has been updated, and the status <\/span>“Suspended”<\/b> will appear next to the client’s name instead of the active status.<\/span><\/p>\n

For example, go to <\/span>“Create Invoice”<\/b> under <\/span>“Sales”<\/b> in the main menu, select the client who has been suspended, enter the invoice items, and then click on the <\/span>“Save”<\/b> button.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can resume transactions with the suspended client whenever you wish. Simply go back to <\/span>“Manage Clients”<\/strong> under <\/span>“Clients”<\/strong> in the main menu, then click on <\/span>“More Actions”<\/strong> and select <\/span>“Unsuspend”<\/strong> from the dropdown menu and confirm your willingness to reactivate.<\/span><\/p>\n
