Statuses are also used in the search process to filter clients. Moreover, you can link them to an appointment that requires following up with the client, and the system will alert you through notifications when the time comes.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Types of Client Statuses&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:28|text_align:center|color:%2304306b|line_height:2&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1698227497589{margin-left: 200px !important;background-color: #f6f9fc !important;border-radius: 4px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1698228753455{margin-left: 200px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Client statuses can be sticky or variable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sticky status is permanently associated with the client, and alongside it, a variable status can be assigned to the client.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, a variable status is considered temporary and is secondary to a sticky status.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_style=&#8221;3d&#8221; message_box_color=&#8221;alert-warning&#8221;]<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot assign more than two statuses to a client, and they cannot both be sticky or both be variable at the same time. Click on the <strong>&#8220;Select Status&#8221;<\/strong> button if this is the first status being added to the client, or on the current status of the client if one or more statuses have been assigned to them before.
