After logging into the app, follow the steps below to manually record a new expense<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Click the \u201cAdd New Expense\u201d<\/strong> button<\/p>\n

And fill out the following data manually:<\/p>\n

  • Amount:\u00a0<\/strong>Enter the expense amount and currency.<\/li>\n
  • Date:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the date of the expense record.<\/li>\n
  • Supplier Name: <\/strong>Type the name of the vendor.<\/li>\n
  • C.R: <\/strong>Type the supplier’s commercial register number.<\/li>\n
  • Tax ID: <\/strong>Type the supplier’s tax ID number.<\/li>\n
  • Tax Type:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the tax type, such as: Value Added Tax.<\/li>\n
  • Tax Amount:\u00a0<\/strong>Enter the tax amount.<\/li>\n
  • Description:\u00a0<\/strong>Type any notes related to this expense.<\/li>\n
  • Then click the \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • By taking a picture of it by clicking on the camera icon ?<\/li>\n

      Then click the \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> button, and the expense data will be filled and recorded automatically, and you can find all expenses added from the app on its main screen.<\/p>\n
